In partnering with Merck, the renowned pharmaceutical company, a tailored leadership development program for their Southern California lab was designed and delivered.

Efforts included the well vetted 360-Degree Leadership Development Assessment based on my research, work, and collaboration with prestigious organizations like the University of California (San Diego and Irvine campuses).  The program also included my Emerging Leader workbook, along with models for successfully adopting Communities of Practice based on Tribal Knowledge Transfer research. These products became the primary references for engaging workshops with the emerging leaders at Merck.

For me, there is nothing more motivating than helping to develop some of the world’s brightest minds. After all, who doesn’t want to work with people who, as one Merck scientist said “…wake up each morning with the anticipation of discovering a cure for what ails mankind.”
