I worked with this leading health care provider to help them develop process improvements through a series of Innovation Quick Dip Workshops. These interactive sessions were tailored to promote Scripps’ organizational goals in developing the skill sets of their staff with emphasis on collaboration, problem-solving and project implementation.

Those attending were taught practical tips and techniques for ideating, brainstorming, and collaborating to identify solutions to some of the tough questions posed by their teams, and the organization at large. In terms of success metrics, senior managers of the organization pointed to positive culture shifts culminating from their team members participating in the series.
