As a global educational provider with the Project Management Institute through my work at ZBglobal, I was asked by Sony (along with a founding member of PMI’s Special Interest Groups in Southern California) to design and advise them on key aspects of their virtual PMO (Project Management Office) for California operations.

We created their initial online training content (including in-person workshops), and downloadable tools for use in their PMO. We also consulted on best practices for managing a large portfolio of projects and the challenges involved in facilitating multiple locations.
